Shipping

Packages will be sent using USPS Priority Mail Service (2-3 business days). Shipping times are about once or twice a week. You will receive an email with your ship date and tracking number as soon as your package is sent. We also offer Express serices if needed. Please email before purchasing to arrange the details. Rates for Express shipping will be slightly higher.

Insurance is included at no extra cost for all packages. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. This is very rare, but if it does, please send us an email and we will do everything we can to assist you through the claims process with USPS.

Rates will be calculated during checkout. Shipping costs will be combined when purchasing multiple items (except guitars). Below is the basic rate chart for single items. If you would like to know the exact shipping costs for your order, please add the items to your cart, select your country from the drop down menu and the rate will be calculated for you.
